Maid Management Guide

Yesterday we finally selected our new maid and will be sending the current one home once the new one arrive. The current maid is our first employment and initially we are quite satisfy with her. But lately she is consistantly giving us problem so we decided to terminate her earlier. I did an Root Cause Analysis and Defect Prevention, hoping the 2nd maid can last longer.
The mistake we had made...
1. Let the maid choose what to eat resulting she is picky with food.
2. Let the maid dine with us resulting she is too liberal.
3. Did not enforce what we had said resulting she did not follow instruction.
What I have learn from the first employment...
1. Never do something infront of her if you do not want her to follow because they will always monkey see monkey do.
2. Never empower your maid because they will never know where is the line. Always keep the line clear.
3. Must always follow up with her performance because once you slacken, they will slacken.
And lastly, I am inspired to contemplate writing an Maid Management Guide!
