Comforting from the hubby

Though my hubby is like an old a big baby, refuses to grow up.

I cannot deny that he is a rational person, who will point to me when my emotional get over my rational.

me: " Why our girls so steady huh? Dont seem to miss us when staying at Bernice's place? I remember when I first stay over-night at my grandmom's place with my two bros, we cried in the middle of the night and our uncle had no choice but to bring us home..."

hubb: " They started school much earlier than us. Their exposure is there, furthermore theirs are full-day childcare, they slept in school, so they can adapt places beside their home. They sure more independant than us at their age."


me: " Why our girls enjoy staying at Bernice's place huh? Our house also have many toys and we always have fun time... we brought them outing... "

hubb: " Kids are like that, easily over-whelmed by new things, new people."

At time, he can analyse better too...

me: " How come Bernice's mommy told what she observed about our girls are differently from my own observation. To me Abella is better at puzzle and make logic. She has more choice of colour when coloring. She is more observant. She's faster to identify object. However, what Bernice's mommy observed is opposite. Clarabelle seem better..."

hubb: " Clarabelle is not confidance infront of us but not with other people. Abella is more confidance with us but not comfortable with stranger."

He is really a pointer... set me thinking why Clarabelle is not confidance infront of us but actually can be so good infront of other. Have I actually intimidated her learning???

But consolation is, at least now we know both of them are in par... jus that one has a lower self-esteem infront of us, another, infront of stranger.
